Holiday Pops Concert

Our Holiday Pops concert includes more of your holiday favorites, conducted by Dr. Emilian Badea. Featuring the Children's Choir from West Middle School, directed by Rebecca Desmond. Back by popular demand are soprano Francesca Simone, Miss Rhode Island 2008, and accordion soloist Christopher Gorton, with Brockton's West Middle School Chorus and bassoon soloist Stephanie Busby.

Chamber Music Concert

War Memorial Building, Brockton

Played by small groups where each musician has a unique part, the magic of chamber music lies in its intimacy, both in communication between the musicians and with the audience. It is music for listening, thinking, and imagining: it is music that speaks to the mind and the heart. This concert features Feinberg Youth Competition finalist Anna Larsen, the Oliver Ames High School String Quartet, and Brockton Symphony musicians. Featuring works by Prokofieff, Baldassare, Reinecke, Gounod, and Dvorak.
